Two Cars
It was at the glow of dawn,
A shy pink, blushing orange, and then
boldly, gold streaks adorn the sky,
The Energy is strong in these parts you said,
As we stood there, Just you and I.
As the first rays reached down to stir, the
Sanctity of the white walls serene
In mute witness stood two cars alone,
Why does memory now revive that scene?
